The Obvious Choice Intensive — Terms & Conditions

By completing this purchase you agree to the following.

What you're buying. Two consecutive days of private voice and text coaching with Emily McNiel over Voxer, plus a pre-intensive intake and a recap document delivered after your two days. Emily is actively responding between 10am and 4pm Central on both days. This is not a live call, video, or in-person service.

Scheduling. Your two days are scheduled after purchase, on two consecutive business days that work for both parties. You'll receive intake instructions by email. If your completed intake isn't returned before your first day, the intensive proceeds as scheduled and time may be spent on questions the intake would have answered.

Rescheduling. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice before your first scheduled day. Requests with less than 24 hours' notice, or a second reschedule request, are accommodated at Emily's discretion and may not be possible. Failure to participate on your scheduled days does not entitle you to a refund or a replacement session.

Refunds. All sales are final. Because this is a limited-capacity, one-to-one service that reserves time specifically for you, no refunds are issued once purchased.

Results. No specific booking, revenue, or business result is promised or guaranteed. What you receive is professional guidance based on Emily's experience. What you do with it, and what it produces, is your responsibility. This is education and consulting, not legal, financial, or tax advice.

Your materials. You may share your website, pricing, marketing, client communications, and similar materials for review. Emily will keep them confidential and will not share them publicly without your permission. She may reference general, anonymized patterns from her coaching work in her own content.

What Emily provides you. Any templates, documents, wording, or recap materials Emily provides are for your own business use. Please don't resell, redistribute, or teach them as your own.

Conduct. Emily reserves the right to end the intensive without refund in the event of abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

Feedback, results, and testimonials. If you share feedback, a testimonial, a screenshot, or a result from working together, you agree that Emily McNiel Coaching may use it in marketing materials, including websites, sales pages, email, social media, podcasts, and paid advertising. This includes your first name, last initial, business name, and any photo or work sample you've shared for that purpose.

You also agree that anonymized, non-identifying details from our work together, meaning the type of problem, the pattern, or the general outcome with no name or business attached, may be referenced in Emily's teaching and content.
